Collects the dirt nicely -- works well, but is it necessary or better than just using another oil (like the oil in your fork itself). It has a nice little bottle, and works well.

Surprisingly something that i never thought would work this well, works very well! I applied it my clean fork seals and it actually seems to have smoothed out the motion! How long it lasts only time will tell, but a few drops is all it takes and the bottle should last well over 2 years if applied weekly. Doesn't seem to cause more grime build up after a few rides.

This stans applied to your fork stantions will help clean and lubricate the seals and coatings for longer life of your seals on your forks. I had not been using this until I got it and any thing to help prevent or prolong expensive rebuilds is awesome, Highly recommended maintenance for our expensive bikes!

Does this work? Well it cant hurt to try! clleaned my seals and stanchions and put some on. cycled a few times and it of course pulled some dirt out of the seal area. cleaned that off.will rock on the forks for a bit and update if anything negative. so far seems to be good!

The product itself is pretty thick and sticks to the stanchions while you cycle your fork. It does a good job of collecting dirt and after it is wiped off with a cloth it leaves a think coating behind. Without pulling the seals it is impossible to tell if this gets past the initial wiper and into the oil rings to help keep them lubed. There are so many variables in the life of your fork seals that it will be really hard to tell if this works as claimed but it is probably a good idea and shouldn't hurt.It is a little pricey for what it is but that's kind of the story with everything mountain bike. I'm sure I spent $13 on far worse stuff than this.

This works well at pulling dirt out of your fork seals. You apply this to your seals, and cycle the fork in and out of travel. It will surprise you at how much dirt is pulled up out of the seal and left on your stanchions. However, fork oil does the same thing. And a 32 oz bottle of Fox 20wt gold is $15 and is 946ml. For a few dollars less this is only 120ml, so you almost 8 times as much oil by just using fork oil.
