the vacuum parts were for the wrong year had to buy the right ones from advanced auto. half of it worked

Good quality part for the money! I bought this for my 2001 Chrysler Town and Country that had a severely rough idle. The engine would randomly stall out and after some trial and error I noticed that the EGR valve was very old and rusted. After I replaced this part the van I told much better and got better gas mileage.The part went in like a breeze since it bolts directly to the top of the engine in the 2001 model. Later models of the Town and Country and Dodge caravan have this part slightly to the left of the engine compartment. it's actually easier to change in the 2001 model year than any other year subsequent year for Dodge or the Chrysler.
