Product is correct and at a good price, however most of that doesn’t matter as the packaging it arrives in is too flimsy for it own weight. The shims supplied are bent out of shape and the pad it self has chunks taken out of two corners. I’m not the first to have this issue if you check other reviews. Shame they have chosen to do nothing about it

Pads were fine but the hardware kit with the clips came all messed up. They just throw the clips in the box along with the pads with no padding so the pads are going to damage the clips during shipping. Had to use the original clips instead.

Bought these for me 2018 wrx because I was looking for sport brakes that do not accumulate so much dust, will help improve how quickly I stop, and won’t cause any noise. I found these and read some great reviews but, this cause sooo much dust I’m left with detailing my rims every 3 days. I notice one of my of my brakes were squeaking when I looked at them. The metal was wearing down, which shouldn’t happen. They also feel like the stock brakes Subaru places on your car. To stop is horrible! Wouldn’t buy this brand again! Now I’m left to spend more money on brakes. Please think twice before getting these. Just go to your auto parts story because all their brakes are under a lifetime warranty.

Bought them for my 2017 Subaru WRX without EyeSight. The package came with the new anti-rattle clips. Had to drop 1 star because of the wrong product title. Product code “309” is actually the Sport Performance series instead of the “Street Performance”. I got the “Sport Performance”, so no complaint.

I installed these on my 2015 Subaru Forester. After about a week or two of being installed, these brake pads started to squeal! I took it back to the mechanic to make sure they were mounted correctly and they were with a lot of padding (as it should have been as it is new). I'm not sure why it squeals like my pads are dying but it is irritating as I drive.Another downside to these brakes is the amount of break dust! When I shoot down my wheels to wash the car, I see black water cascading down my driveway. There's also a layer of brown dust that builds up so easily on your wheels from the brakes (I only drive city roads). Never did I have this kind of issue with my brakes. Now I need to make sure that I use better product and time on my wheels to get them cleaned, which doesn't even last a few days.Does it stop the car? Yes, it does it's regular function of stopping the vehicle. Would I recommend it? Although it does it's job, find another set of brakes to save yourself from all the noise and dust.

I had a rough time using the replacement clips getting the pads to mount cleanly with them - I only tried to replace them on the first wheel after that, I used the stock clips and had no issues.Prior to this, I was thinking about upgrading my all of my brake components, including stainless steel brake lines to improve feel. Do to the timing of my brake pads wearing out and only having a little time to replace them, I only bought pads.Update : lowered from 5 to 3. Pads only lasted 6000 city miles and 1 year. (2017 WRX )Wow! Only pads and my brakes don't feel squishy and slightly fady anymore. My old stock front pads were only 50% warn when replaced and somehow the rears were warn out. They were a bit grindy for the first 60 miles or so but now they are fantastic. Maybe the best pad's I've ever had.

Installed on my 2015 wrx. Dramatic increase in stopping power, however there was also a dramatic increase in brake dust. Not a huge issue in my opinion. I would highly recommend these if you want a better brake feel in the oem lacking brakes the 15 wrx comes with.

First shipment arrived damaged. There is not enough material inside the box to prevent them from slamming from side to side and damaging the retaining clips on the pads. Two of my 4 pads clips were broken clean off.Fast forward to replacement shipment, Great quality pads. These pads came in and were easy to install. As some have mentioned in other reviews, the bed in time is fairly quick. After the first 3 high speed stops (50MPH down to rolling 10) There was no more noise / grittyness. Brakes work smooth and make little to no noise now.Installed on a 2015 WRX Limited. Direct Fit.** Note ** Neither the front or rear pad sets come with the extra caliper clips or grease.

These are some of the better street pads you can buy, but they arent perfict.Pros:Stoping power is fairly good both hot and cold.Havent noticed much fade even when trying to bring it out (~1250f max pad temp is nice)Relativly quiet.Pad deposits arent as bad as OEMCons:Dust like crazyWear out quickly (lasted two years)Not quite powereful enough to get into ABS at high speeds with sticky tires (Pilot AS3's at this point). They do still leave pad deposits

I wanted a little better stopping from my Outback, especially since its a 3.6 with the larger rotors. My favorite pads I tried in the past were Hawk HPS, which required a good amount of bed in time but then stopped awesome. No dust and quiet also. These new street performance pads from Stop tech were about $35 cheaper than the Hawks for my Subaru. I know StopTech has a good reputation and I read a couple positive reviews and decided to try them. They stop fine right out the box and say they need little bed in time. I did several smooth stops from 35-50mph just in case. I only rode them for a day, but so far, totally quiet like stock, but have better pedal feel and much bore bite or quicker stopping. I used part #309.10780 on my 2010 Subaru Outback 3.6.
