These are a fantastic deal. If you've ever bought these individually, then you know they're typically around $5 each. These are a bargain and work just as well as the more expensive stripping disks. They will quickly remove old paint and heavy rust. When one burns down to an unusable diameter, have no fear because you have plenty of extras!

This wheel did a good job of removing paint from some sheet steel...and here's the important part...without taking off too much of the steel! This type of wheel is more aggressive than a wire wheel, so it's important that it not take off material from the item you're trying to clean. I was happy with the results!

Strip discs were a game changer for me. When I first discovered them, I was amazed at how quickly they removed paint or rust from metal, much quicker than sanding or using wire cup brushes or wheels. All this without really damaging the metal at all. I recently used these to strip off paint and rust from a used industrial cabinet that I bought locally, and it took no time at all. They tend to wear out quickly, maybe a few medium sized projects at most, but these are the only thing I'll use if I can.

had no issues putting these on the angle grinder and using the one I put on. I just did a test on a small metal table that has some rust on it (mostly surface rust) so will have to give it time to see how they hold up and how well they do on more heavily rusted items. But so far happy with these items!!

These appear to have the same if not very similar construction to those I have purchased locally. Much less expensive alternative to the local big box stores (I did get thru Vine though). For the small projects I do with metal this small set will last me quite a while. They fit my corded and battery powered grinders just fine.

I've been using strip discs like this for a long time. If you need to strip paint, rust or just generally make steel look new, this beats a wire wheel by a wide margin. Nothing removes mill scale like one of these too (which is hard to deal with).So far, these work just as well as others I've tried.I'm glad I got them
