I got this for my daughter for Christmas and she loved it. It is perfect for young beginners when are practicing shading and coloring blending. This set lasted her a while.

I give this item a 5 start I just got this Feb 4th 2020 nothing wrong with it..my gues is that it probably sat on the shelf for a while ..to all those who order this item you have to work it in that's what I had to do then it worked perfectly fine..as to those who ordered it and it turned out melted or broke it's either you ordered it and didn't pay for the fast shipping and just waited 30 days or so to get it is probably why it melted from the heat..as for it being broke I don't see that happening unless the delivery was careless or you left it outside while being gone and something happened..i would deffinnently give this product a try and pay just a few bucks for faster delivery

We got this as a Christmas present for my youngest son and he absolutely loves it. I'm not sure why people are complaining about the quality. Yes, it's a cheap set, but for the price, it's definitely worth the money. After all these months, my son is still enjoying his set and can carry it around with him. This is a perfect set for a beginner and I'd buy it again! For the price it got the job done to keep kids entertained for few weeks. I wasnt expecting a lifelong product for this price and if you are then you need a cup of coffee to wake up. Overall, I say this is a good set. I wouldn't recommend it for an adult, I would say spend some more money and get a quality set. But for a child, this is more than fantastic. They can work right along side of you and do all the things that you can do. They can also work independently because all of this is set up so they don't need an adult to help them. We've had a lot of fun with our set and it has lasted a long time, as well, so we have definitely gotten our moneys worth out of it.I would recommend this product.

I went back and forth between four and five stars with this. I wanted to give it four because what's included is not the highest quality art supplies I've ever encountered, but I eventually went with five because I'm pretty sure that's the point. I mean when we bought this 80 piece set, it was on sale for like $12. What more can you ask for? It comes with a nice variety of art equipment - really nice drawing pencils, colored pencils, pastels, paints, etc. The case is nice and sturdy and holds everything in place very well. Thus far I've used the drawing pencils, colored pencils, and pastels and found them all more than satisfactory, although I will say I prefer Crayola colored pencils to the ones provided in this case. I do like that they're organized by color group though - that's pretty cool. I'm not an artist and don't require or expect the highest quality supplies, and even I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this set was. I think you actually get MORE than you pay for in this case, and therefore I find it worth the price! Enjoy!

I bought this at a museum in Florida. I've had it for years and take it with me while traveling as I have everything I need in one spot. The only thing missing are felt tip markers but that's no big deal. While taking a mixed media art class it was a godsend to have everything I need at my fingertips. Great for the starting and already-on-the-way artist. I feel the quality of this art set products are very very good. Wonderful gift for the holidays. The wooden box is high quality as well, keeps everything nice and tidy and protected. While we all can be snobs about the best art products, I feel this one is very good and I'm a hard sell and a discerning person. It's only art, not brain surgery so get over it.
