I love using these with the people I support who have cognitive and or physical disabilities because they use a paint brush and water to make the image appear. This set comes with one brush but that works for me because I use adaptive brushes for most of my group. The pages can be used over again, dry times vary on how much water was on the paper; while the paper has a coating and backing to support using repeatedly with water they do not like being soaked. My favorite part about this set of paintings is that they are great conversational starters as I can engage with my group about the locations as they paint.

I viewed my first water painting a few weeks ago. When I opened up the package, I saw this white background and a black oujtline of a duck! I thought I'd made a grave mistake ordering an art project for a toddler. But I dug out the paint brush and some water to see what this was all about. I had trouble painting inside the lines and it looked smeared. Then I realized I was supposed to water paint the entire surface, and, wow! This beautiful many color painting came to life. I couldn't stop looking at it! And over the next 30 minutes as the water began to dry, the painting changed into many shades of itself. Just great fun!These watercolors will do the same thing for your family and friends. I ordered them for a senior program, and I can imagine them all sidtting around painting and looking at each other's paintings as they change color. Who could ask for more! And you can reuse them, what's not to like?!! Definitely recommend!!!

The activity director never saw these before. She was excited that they use water and the residents were painting. The pictures can be re used. Your label says for the elderly and your survey asks if it’s appropriate for the age 13 +. People using these were in their 80’s and liked the activity

We used these as an activity fir our special needs group. They loved it, and can't wait to do more of them. I highly recommend this product.
