Easy to use as a beginner. It was fun to do with my daughter altough my son wasn't into it. It was great for us but be careful not to eat leftover sushi with raw fish. The Heavy duty sushi bazooka is worth every dime and it comes with a bamboo sushi rolling mat. Larger sushi bazooka. Great buy

I ordered 15 piece set. Opened box and only found 3 items which should.only count as 1 since it is 1 item when assembled.
