Bought for a TD04 turbo on a 07 wrx. My actuator was rusted. The locking nut and thread was gone. First foremost, the hole was too small fit around the wastegate flap. Had to drill a bigger hole. Also, the line that connects to the hose is not bent like the OEM so had to get a new hose to route it a different way. Other than that, it worked fine but don’t expect it to be a direct fit.

Bolted right on, no issues what so ever. Everything was needed in the kit form tubing to adjustment screw that connects to the waste gate. Can’t remember if the bolts were included too. But as I recall I didn’t have any so they must have been. For the price can’t beat it. But still didn’t fix MY problem, ended up being a stuck boost control solenoid in the end. but having a new waist gate actuator could hurt anything!
