These are great. I used to cool my cake layers on parchment paper but that was inconvenient and a bit wasteful. These make life a lot easier. Some products are advertised as stainless steel when they’re really not, but these seem to be legit. I’ve washed them in the dishwasher several times and they still look and function the same (no rust, chipping, etc.). I recommend them!
