I was impressed by the sharpness and the length of the blades. The price is affordable but it works better than Cutco. One thing I don't like is it can be a little hard to clamp down on the handle so you have to use 2 hands

I have used numerous kitchen shears and used them exclusively for meats, herbs and veggies every once in a while. I also own a number of TeChef products since they are well-made and have not shown much of wear and tear even after years of daily use. So, when TeChef came out with kitchen shears, I had to try them :) And, they did not disappoint! All my kitchen shears whether they are a name brand, glorious reviews or not, I ended up throwing them away after a while due to a reason or two such as rusting and so on. TeChef shears so far have been awesome in the kitchen -- it cuts through meat, veggies, and herbs with ease, its comfortable handles are easy to grip although it took a while to get used to for my small hands, it is dishwasher-safe, so for nights when you don't want to hand wash, you can throw it in the dishwasher and not worry about it rusting or damaging the blades (although I'd much rather hand wash to prolong the longevity of it!), it is super durable, heavy duty, and has sharp blades. What I like the most is its blades are long and lets me cut without having to readjust several times which makes my prep time that much shorter! I know kitchen shears don't seem like much in the kitchen and just another gadget, but this guy has been a game changer and I LOVE it and cannot recommend enough!!!

It's a good pair of heavy-duty kitchen shears that are solid and durable. For the past couple of weeks , I have had no issues with rust on the blades. Despite drying our shears immediately after washing, we have experienced rust problems with low-quality shears. These have been going well so far. The quality of these shears is excellent, and it is very sharp. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I LOVE this Kitchen shears. Super easy to use, sharp enough to cut through fresh meat. Suitable for most cutting tasks. I use this for Korean BBQ, even grilling and preparing the vegies. Durable! No rusting even after multiple times of dishwashing. The handle is big enough and comport for men and soft to grip. 100% recommend!
