This was my first experience with making wine. I was leary at first but contacted the company and their customer service was excellent! Customer service told me what to do, step by step. Very easy and was thrilled with the results. I made Pino Grigio. Also, I got everything I needed to make the wine from Amazon.

Love love love this winemaker. So simple, no mess, doesn't take alot of room and in my opinion it's idiot proof...because I made great wine the very first time and I know nothing about how to make wine. I bought the Uwinemaker after seeing it on a trip to Newfoundland (((called and ordered it and it arrived in about a week with easy to follow instruction to make wine with a boxed kit))),,purchased a wine kit with all the ingredients to make a California Muscat wine..30 bottles in 28 days. Wow wow!!! They were so helpful with my extra questions and this equipment is genius... you won't regret this puchase,,,I've made 5 batches and I'm sure it will last for many years. My friends are buying a Uwinemake also after seeing how easy it is to make delicious wine.. I also bought screw top white wine bottles to make it even simpler... I love being able to share more wine and give it away ..my cost including glass bottles is now between $3.5 and $5 a bottle and I can reuse the bottles..And my friends all say this is actually good wine from a newbie like me. We are all impressed with the ease and quality of the UWinemaker.
