So this is a tough review, because I really liked the boots..... these boots broke in fast and honestly were the most comfortable boots I have owned. For some back ground I am an electro-mechanical technician, I spend 8 to 16 hours a day typically 5 days a week working on industrial machinery... standing, walking stooping on concrete and steel in and around electrical and hydraulic hazards daily. For the first 4 months these boots took a ton of fatigue out of my day... But.... As the saying goes... all good things must come to an end. They unfortunately have an achellies heel... Literally...... the ankle "anti-roll" feature if this boot right at the top of the heel is a rip point, after 6 months of use, my favorite boots ever became useless because of a cheap rubber patch sown to the achellies portion of the boots... which from an electrical hazard standpoint, rendered them useless. Fix the heel and I would drop 10 stars on these for comfort alone. I switched to 289.00 matterhorn boots that are much more durable, going on 20 months, no issues structurally, but don't compare by a huge margin in comfort.

My husband wore these for less than a month. And mind you, he cycled them with other boots. They are falling apart. The stitching is coming out. He shouldn't be able to bust out of a pair of boots in less than a month. Very disappointing!!!

These shoes exceeded my expectations. They are very well built. They fit good and are comfortable. They look good, and have a safety light reflecting feature built into the stitching. They are better shoes, and less expensive than the last two pairs of Red Wing shoes I've purchased for work. I like that the safety toes are not steel as steel can be very cold working outside in winter.

Absolutely horrible product. The soles came apart after 6 months. For a $165 boots you expect to at least get a year out of them. Dont purchase, if your gonna spend money go with Red Wing. FFFFFFFFFFF

Good fitting boot. Need the safety toe for work. A little stiff at first, but have been wearing them for about a week and seem to be breaking in pretty good. Overall seems to a good work boot so far.

As a tradesman on my feet all day , I found these to be the most comfortable boots I've purchased. They have also proved to be very durable. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will be buying them again

I have worn these boots several times now for at least 12 hrs at a time, and I absolutly love them. I do lots of tile work and they should hold up well with the rubber toe. Im actually thinkn bout buying a second pair for a second shift job I have. I have also received many complements on these boots. I would highly recommend these boots.

First boot I've had in quite a few years that needed a break in. I didn't wear the right socks the first time and they caused a blister on the back of my heel. Couple days later I wore them with actual boot socks and they are pretty nice boots. -1/2 star; this day and age I didn't expect to have to break in boots again.I like how they have both hooks and eyelets on the top 3 lace eyelets. Makes for getting them off easier.They made it through metal detectors at work, so no metal arch support and the composite toe isn't wasted.These boots are slightly on the heavy side, but that's because they are very sturdy.They are made in China. -1/5 starI wish Amazon listings would describe where they are made, some do, some don't. It should be required as I would prefer to support American businesses; I should have put a little more research into it I suppose.
