I tried to video me doing a removal on my cat and I couldn't because he wasn't playing fair.If you've ever tried to remove a tick and get the head, you know it doesn't turn out that way which leaves a sore for some time.I live in the country and we have ticks. These tools are awesome! I've pulled 3 ticks off of Bigfoot and I get the head every time.What a great product! No question about it either!I have not checked every tool in the kit and I'm thankful for that because that means he did not get more on him.After removing the 3 all with the head, I think anyone with pets where they get ticks, this product is as important as a medical kit people have. It will help keep your pets healthy because ticks can make them very ill. It works on humans too! That gives you even more good reasons to have this toolkit in your home.I only had 1 problem. I opened this awesome kit and then closed it. The case does not stay closed. I am going to put a velcro strap around it so the tools don't fall out. Plus that will allow me to hold the unit on the wall so I never forget where I put them.The tools are high quality and I highly recommend this kit! You will get the head every time. I used the green tool (large) for one of the ticks and then the medium tool for the other tool.I slid the tool along his skin with the head in opening, I twisted the tool 1/2 way and then pulled up. That's all it took. The one tick was right next to his ear and it was a little sensitive to him. Once I got that one, he stopped trying to dig at it and now when I pet his head, he doesn't move away, he actually presses hard and he druels. He's much happier now that they are gone!Please, get these tools because they work on pets and humans. I've never found a tool like these. I hope this helps you.I have so many options to choose from. The green tool i referred is in the pic where I'm holding the tool.
