This Toca Cuica drum Lasted for about ten strokes and the stick fell out! Cuica drum sticks are supposed to use a solid piece of bamboo carved with a knob on the end so they don't pull through the drum head (being a vibrational stick drum). It would appear that this drum manufacture uses a straight stick that is glued into the knob at the drum head. No matter how good the glue may be, this drum is destined to fail.
