I have a 4 drawer metal file cabinet next to my computer and I use these magnets to secure notes and papers to the cabinet. Magnets are so strong that to separate them I have to slide them off each other.

These are super strong. I would recommend. I used them to secure a piece of blackout fabric to the top of a rattan shade to block the morning sun. Perfect remedy! They are difficult to separate and will pinch you if you aren't careful but I wanted strong and I got strong.

The magnets had a very nice finish and were of the size I was expecting, but each magnet was thinner and consequently not as strong as I needed them to be. I had to double up on them to get them to have any real usable strength. Three of them together would probably have provided the strength I needed from one of these, but I would not have had enough for my project. As it is I will need to order more magnets in order to finish my project.

Haven't seen magnets like this before. So small and so strong. They would be nice to use on a cruise to adhere the daily program to the walls. You do need to slide them apart as they are so strong, trying to pull them apart is challenging. I may order more.

Not as strong as I had hoped, but they will serve my purposes. If you need a strong magnet, look elsewhere.

Very useful when you want some items to be stuck together temporarily e.g, shower curtains, tools, kitchen utensiks

Excellent little magnets. These things are powerful - much stronger than some other "silver" colored ones I have the claim to be "neodymium". I suspect the silver ones are not the real deal - these black ones; however, ARE. One thing to note - these magnets are so attractive to each other, they are a bit difficult to work with since they keep "jumping around" if you try to glue them in close proximity to one another. I had to glue one magnet and let it dry before I could place the next and then I had to clamp it down to prevent it from pulling itself on to the other - which quickly becomes a gluey mess... So it's good they give you a lot of these magnets!

Works fine but would be nice if a little thicker for durability (cracks easily) and increased magnetic strength

I bought these for use in a project, but they are just not strong enough for me without doubling up on both sides. They ARE fragile, so be careful. Used as closures for a rucksack, they are lacking without doubling or tripling. Used for refrigerator hanging, they are great. Used for magnetic dry erase board hanging, they are perfect.

The ones I bought at Lee Valley are much stronger. These are OK as fridge magnets. Two stacked together are bit stronger, but still not as strong as the "good" ones.

Powerful and exactly as advertised. Break easy when dropped. Oops

As you can see in the pic this one arrived damaged but it stil works I bought these magnets for my small plastic flashlight so it can stay put on metal surfaces but it won’t hold diagonally it’s a lightweight flashlight too so ther strong but not strong enough for what I want them for

It wasn’t that strong and lost the power of attraction very quickly.
