I ordered a 78 for my quarter horse x and it is pretty snug. If I was going to do it again I would order an 80 for him. The neck piece is attached to the fly sheet so you cannot adjust it. The front closure is buckles which are pretty cheaply made. The leg straps are nylon web so there's no stretch and they look like they might rub. For the price I decided it was worth trying it because my horse is super destructive and when I spend $200 on one he rips it to shreds so I would rather have him rip $30 one.

I bought 6 of these for my horses and what a waste of money. Wish I had ordered one to try first. All horses are different sizes and not one of the rugs fits any horse properly. These don't fit any type or breed of horse properly. Straps are useless and don't stay in place.
