It is a type of WIFI intelligent water level controller, which can be set by APP to realize water level monitoring, Water supplement or drainage, high and low water level remote APP push alarm notification etc,. The product is suitable for various water level control occasions, such as HVAC system, hot water process, municipal drainage, boiler, water tower, storage tank, breeding irrigation etc.
Main Features:
1. Real-Time Supervision: APP can display the current water level,
2. Turn on/off equipment (relay 1) remotely via App. Users can also control it on/off by manual switch button B.
3. Two relay outputs: Relay 1 control water level, Relay 2 for Anti water dry heating protection.
4. Preset"Add water" or "Pump water" working mode, can auto turn on/off relay 1 when it reaches to the preset water level value.
5. Set upper and Lower limit value of water level alarm via APP, real-time push alarm notification to users' smartphone.
6. Can set relay 1 running or delay working time.
7. App name: Tuya Smart or Smart Life.
Water level rising: water level < 25% electrode; App display 0%; reach to 25%, App display 25%; reach to 50% , App display 50%; reach to 100%, App display 100%.
Water level reducing: Water level below 100%, App display 75%; below 75%, App show 50%; below 50%, App display 25%, below 25%, App display 0%.
Normally Relay output 1 (terminal 7.8) connects with water pumps, used for controlling water pump on/off.
Relay output 2 ( terminal 9.10 ) is used for Anti water dry heating protection.
In add water mode, normally relay output 2（terminal 9,10）can connect with heater, used for auto controlling heater on/off.
When water level is < 25%, auto-turn off heater ( relay output 2 ); when water level is ≥25%, auto-delay 15s to turn on heater ( relay 2 ).
In pumping water mode, relay 2 is just an alarm output.
A: WIFI configuration button
B: On/Off Switch of Relay Output 1: Users can press the button B to switch on/off Relay 1 manually.
The manual switch B is only effective when the current water level is between the preset start and stop- water level value.

Remark:
Terminal 1: No use.
Terminal 2: 100% water level
Terminal 3: 75% water level
Terminal 4: 50% water level
Terminal 5: 25% water level
Terminal 6: Public water point (COM)
Terminal 7,8: Relay Output 1 (Normal Open)
Terminal 9,10: Relay Output 2 (Normal Open)
Terminal 11,12: DC12V power supply.
App Instruction:
1. Device Name: Can be modified
2. On/Off Switch of Relay 1: It is only effective when the current water level is between the preset start and stop- water level value.
3. Display real time water level.
Five water levels: 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%
4. Choose working mode: Adding water or Pumping water.
5. Set water level value of auto starting/stopping.
For example: if you want equipment auto-starts to pump water when the water level reaches to 100%, but auto- stop it when the level lower than 25%. You can set pumping mode, level on 100%, level off 25%.
6. Anti Water Dry heating protection: In adding water mode, auto turn on/off heater. When water level is lower than 25%, auto-turn off relay output 2, when water level is ≥25%, auto-delay 15s to turn on relay 2.
7. Enable/disable of alarm notification.
8,9. Set upper and Lower limit value of water level alarm.
10. Set delay time of relay 1 starting.
11. Show current sensor status.
12. Set limited running time of relay output 1.
Control Mode 1: Add water
Water level ≥ preset" stop level", relay output 1 disconnect, stop to add water; Water level < start up level, relay output 1 connects, start to add water.
Anti Water Dry heating protection: water level < 25%, relay ouput 2 disconnect, stop heating; Water level ≥25%, relay output 2 delays 15 seconds connect, start heating.
Control Mode 2: Pump water
Water level < preset " stop level", relay output 1 disconnects, stop to pump water; Water level ≥ start up level, relay ouput 1 connects, start to pump water.
In pumping water mode, relay 2 is an alarm output. Water level ≤ preset lower limit alarm value or Water level≥ upper limit alarm value, relay ouput 2 connects.
Mode 3: Time-limited adding water
Setting: 1. choose work mode: Add Water + Time, 2. Set running time
Water level < start up level, relay output 1 connects, starts to add water, at same time, starts the timer. Relay 1 will auto disconnect when it reaches to the preset limited-time of running, stop adding water.
Mode 4: Time-limited pumping
Setting: 1. choose work mode: Pumping + Time, 2. Set running time
Water level ≥ start up level, relay ouput 1 connects, start to pump water, at same time, starts the timer. Relay 1 will auto disconnect when it reaches to the preset limited-time of running, stop pumping water.
Upper and lower limit Alarm Notification
For example : Preset alarm lower limit of water level is 25%, alarm upper limit is 75% . When water level is lower than 25% or higher than 75% , it will push alarm notification to users' smartphone via APP.
Note: If you need the alarm function, please enable the alarm notification.

So I'm trying to control the water level of my 90,000 gallon Commercial Koi Pond using this device. This device is exactly what I was looking for with sensors and WiFi alerts etc. After hooking it up, the 5 sensors seemed to all work, but as the next 2 weeks followed, now only 2 sensors work. I am an engineer and not exactly sure how the device reads when a sensor is activated since only one wire attaches to each lead, and there is NO information about this anywhere. My guess is that one of the sensors acts as the common (probably the lowest sensor) and the others are the positive leads. Right now only the lowest sensor is working. Also during this 2 week period, I would get random alerts that the water was too high or too low, or both at the same time. But when I viewed the water level, it was mid range. In other words, I can not trust this sensor to perform correctly, or even send me correct alerts. I did try calling Tuya, and set up an appointment to help me troubleshoot, but that Technician who stated that they were familiar with this particular device, was not. I ended the call a bit frustrated. There were too many issues with this to attempt to purchase another one to try. I need a more robust system I can trust.

Se puede ver el nivel de la cisterna donde esté uno. Y si alguna sonda falla se puede reemplazar sin problema

Now I don’t have to climb up a ladder 12 feet to check my water tank to see the levelJust a click on my phone and I can see the status.Had an issue when first installed with WiFi connection but it soon settled and is working great

I tried to use this as a water level pump actuator, it did not work properly. When I watched their video it did not work properly either! They had the pump set to turn off at 25% but in their video the pump/ventilator was still going when it reached 0%. I had exactly the same problem.

I installed the sensor in March to monitor the level of a small lake online, a month ago it stopped working and when I checked I could see that the probe that corresponds to ZERO (0) had disintegrated. When checking the voltages, check that this point has a positive voltage, which affects the probe and due to galvanic degradation it will always disintegrate

I was very surprised with this little controller. Price is good and it can monitor 5 levels. SO I ordered it, not expecting too much. It works like a charm. I use it to control a 12V solenoid vale that open to fill a 850 gallons reservoir used for irrigation.Very good product
