This remote works with Hampton Bay and Harbor breeze Ceiling Fans. Just remember to set the 4 dip switches inside the battery compartment(They are hidden behind the slot for the battery itself).

Remote was as described, and worked perfectly. Be sure to make a note of your remote settings inside the battery compartment before you throw the old one away. ALSO NOTE: This remote doesn't come with a battery.

After setting DIP switches, works without problems and the buttons have a great tactical feel. Be aware you will need a A23 battery.

Remote works well, except that it doesn't support the dimmable light - so when we turn the light off with the remote, it flashes to the brightest setting before turning off. If it didn't do the flash, this would be 5 stars. I knew it wouldn't support the dimmable light from the description, but didn't realize it would blind me every time I turn the light off!

Bought to use as a secondary remote to control fan unit from either side of the room. Set the dip switches to same configuration as the original remote. Works great
