This is by far the worst thing I have ever bought off Amazon. Let's break it down. The hardware is good, the tablet (And that is all that it is) is fast and responsive. The screen is sharp, but it is very hard to see in the sun light. Hey guess what? This goes in a car where it is always sunny! The buttons feel good, the plastic is high quality, good fit and finish.. NOW EVERY THING ELSE: The software is absolute crap. Biggest thing wrong is it is not compatible with car play, just doesn't work. Says "carplay" in the title but does not in anyway support apple car play. It barely even supports bluetooth. If I'm playing a podcast on my apple podcast app, then get into my car and turn on the radio my bluetooth will stop playing on my phone as it connects to the radio but there is no way to get the audio to come out of car. Spotify app works well but it is the tablet interface not the car play interface and it is not ideal for use while driving. Want to use navigation? too bad the maps load the couple blocks around where you are currently sitting and then says it is not connected to the internet even though other apps are working fine. Want to know how fast you are going? Better know how to convert Kilometers per hour to miles per hour in your head because you can't change it in the settings, well there is a place to change it in the settings but it doesn't do anything! Are you a fan of Buicks? Good! because this comes with a picture of a buick and the buick logo on it even though it is clearly listed as being for ford focus. You can change that to a few photoshoped pictures of not real cars but they look cartoonish. No way to switch launchers that I found. Perhaps there is in the dev settings but those are locked and the instructions do not come with the password. Dollar for dollar this was the worst purchase of my life. Oh do you have duel climate controls in your ford focus? because I don't but this thing has a huge amount of real estate taken up by controls for the AC that do nothing. None of the pictures in the listing are what the interface looks like. I honestly feel lied to an cheated. I included a picture of it at night so you can see that it does kinda look cool, and a picture of it in day light so you can see that it is very hard to see in the sun light. Oh and my mom said the audio quality of the mic is way worse then factory and that it is hard to listen to. Anyway don't buy this.

I installed this stereo into my 2014 Ford Focus SE. My stock stereo was popping randomly (even when it was turned off) so I had to replace it. Overall, I think this product is a major improvement.It took me a while to get everything working. Getting the basic stereo, radio, CarPlay, and GPS was straightforward and easy. There are YouTube videos you can watch. I had some difficulties getting the steering wheel controls and the backup camera working. However, the customer support email address (scan the QR code that came with the stereo and go to the "Contact" page) was very prompt and helpful when I ran into trouble. They responded within 10 minutes of my first message. They helped me troubleshoot the issues:1) Steering Wheel Controls: I emailed customer support and they sent me an MCU firmware update2) My backup camera was not switching on when I was in reverse: They had me enable "Local Radar switch" in options3) My Panel Buttons weren't working: They helped me figure out that one of my wiring harnesses was loose.4) My dashboard display kept on getting switched from Miles to Kilometers: switching the units in the "Vehicle Options" app fixed it.One knock I have is that the instructions do have you break out the soldering iron and splice two wires together to enable automatic switching to the backup camera when you go into reverse. Both wires were part of wiring harnesses that came with the stereo, so it seems like they could have included connectors instead of asking you to splice. I'm not even sure if it was necessary; the reverse backup camera switching was working out-of-the-box with the original firmware and I think I just needed to enable "Local Radar switch" option.I ended up using a different backup camera than the one that came with the stereo, but it was all compatible.Overall: it took some time to get everything working but I do like it. If you run into any trouble just snap some pictures and email them.

Easy to install. Wish you could change the Ed car logo or remove the climate stuff of the main screen as it doesn’t control my car.

Product looks great but is very slow to work, sometimes it won't even start working for several miles. Never could get the backup camera to work.The phone part of it cuts in and out. I wanted this to work for my daughter who used her own money to Buy and install it. She paid for it to be professionally installed looks like we are going to have to pay to uninstall it and put the old one back in. Save the headache, buy something from a store and have it installed!

I purchased this radio because it advertised AM radio as well as the other features. Removed my old radio and was able to install the new radio without major issues. Seemed to work well, fit great and looked good. However, I could not figure out how to get the AM stations. After some research it appears you have to buy an upgraded model in order to get the AM radio. I had to remove the radio and send it back. Looked like it might have been a good radio. I gave it three stars as it looked like it would be a great radio. However, returned it for false advertising. Does not have AM radio.
