Installation Instructions:
.Preparation: Before replacing the end caps, ensure the ladder is in a stable position and confirm that the old end caps are worn or need replacement.
.Remove Old End Caps: Use appropriate tools (such as a screwdriver or pry bar) to carefully remove the old rubber end caps, avoiding any damage to the ladder itself.
.Install Aluminum Inserts: Before installing the new rubber end caps, place the aluminum inserts into the ladder standoff/stabilizer. Ensure they are properly positioned.
.Install New End Caps: Align the new rubber end caps with the ends of the ladder and gently push or tap them into place over the aluminum inserts to ensure a secure fit.
.Check Security: After installation, carefully check that the end caps are firmly in place and that the aluminum inserts are correctly seated to avoid looseness or slipping.
.Test Safety: After installation, conduct a safety test on the ladder to ensure the end caps and aluminum inserts are properly installed and the ladder remains stable.
