The leads themselves are OK, but the alligator clips that were included are junk, they cannot be used.

I have several inexpensive VOM meters the leads always would be coming loose. These leads seem to fit better. Plus they came with slide on clips

Just what I needed to replace cables for an older volt/ammeter. The additional alligator clips are nice. They were a little hard to slide over the probes with the extended sleeve on them so I trimmed it back and tightened the receiving end on each so they would fit a bit tighter. Works just fine after that.

I still use an older meter, the new plugs these days are shielded to protect us from ourselves. These are the old Banana type and work well on the older meters.

I was very pleased at the quality built into these nice Test Leads. I feel the need to add what I needed to do to make these fit an older Micronta Multi Meter. The banana end of the leads would not go far enough into my meter to attach firmly. What I did was carefully trim about 1/4 inch off the plastic cylinder that surrounds the banana probe with a Dremmel tool with a thin cut off wheel attached. The plastic shield or cylinder , once removed allowed both leads to be inserted firmly into my meter. Another brand or type meter may not require the trimming. I did not mind the little extra work, because I have a pair of nice Leads that I am sure will give me a long service life. I am happy with my purchase. Would buy from seller again !
