Never had 6oz jars before but this is a good size especially if you want to make jams, jellies or butters to give as gifts. The price on the jars were great too. I have't used them yet but when I do if they don't perform like a mason or kerr then I'll change my review. They were delivered fast and none were broken. They were packed well in a thick styrofoam form but box wasn't a thick type, still none of the bottles broke.

The screw on lid doesn’t fit well. The seal itself doesn’t look that great. It was packed well, nothing was broken. There’s a reason why these jars are only a dollar a piece.

I filled them all with homemade jams & jellies that I made this year. None of them broke in the water bath. Good value, dishwasher safe.

Out of 30, 1 broken jar received. Don't think it broke in transit/delivery as it was firmly in its foam packaging. I think QC was not done properly prior to packaging/shipping. Good size with multiple purposes for storing spices, jams etc.

The jars are perfect, the problem I had was two were broke. I do not feel this is at fault of the company they labeled their box with fragile everywhere. Then amazon comes along and throws this box in one of amazon smile boxes (waste of cardboard amazon stop doing that!) but the amazon box does not show one fragile marking on it. The two that were broke were in the same corner so all i can do is assume something heavy was set on that corner and smashed the two jars in that corner. Amazon fail. Otherwise the jars look great and I'm excited to fill them! Quick shipping too.
