Received the unit well packaged in the wooden crate. Cleaned the machine and set it back up, adjusted the settings to -6.5 slush. Mixed 2 gallons of cold water with .5 gallons of mix and 2 liters of rum, 27 minutes later we had amazing consistency slushies! Really impressed with the quality and ease of use.
