We’ve had this light for about a year, and I noticed that my light wouldn’t turn on the other day. After switching breakers and doing other things, I looked closely at the light and noticed that one of the rods was falling out and pulling the electric wires with it. This is a fire hazard! When we tried to fix it, we couldn’t because the rod was stripped and couldn’t turn into the next rod. It keeps pulling out and there’s nothing we can do to fix it. I tried to reach out to customer service, but they haven’t gotten back to me. It’s been almost a week. Super disappointed and frustrated! If you get a light, you have to make sure the beams are strong enough to hold the light.

Got this as a gift, it was on my wish list. We have a 96 inch table and I struggled to find a chandelier that was long enough or one that wasn't hundreds of thousands of dollars that would fit space. Was worried that this one still wouldn't be long enough but couldn't find anything else bigger. Turned out it is absolutely perfect for space and table. Bigger would have looked ridiculous. We have 7.5-8 ft ceilings for reference. It looks just like the ones at major retailers and magazines for fraction of price. I get so many compliments and my husband even likes it. So thrilled with this light. Can't recommend enough. Electrician had no issue installing.

This chandelier is really pretty to look at but it was kind of ugly to assemble and install. I think all of it could be remedied with a little note in the instructions that assembly and install should go from the top down - not the bottom up. It’s natural to assemble from the bottom up as you take all the parts out of the box but we wasted a LOT of time and frustration because it’s all “twist parts together” - which is fine until you throw in the wiring inside the tubes you’re twisting together. Def worth the money but approach from a top down vs bottom up when assembling and installing as that’s not the normal
