Coolant leak after installation from the water pump side. Ridge behind o-ring isn't tall enough to prevent o-ring from sliding over top and creating a poor seal. Replaced o-rings with OEM Honda o-rings,which were slightly thicker. Also used lithium grease to aid in pipe insertion. Reinstalled with same result. Finally applied Honda Bond to o-rings so they wouldn't move over the retaining ridge with success. Pipe is fine but design of the ends needs improvement.

When you put the piece in, it doesn't fit well, the nozzle doesn't seal the leak and all the liquid escapes.
