Looks to be well-made, but I can't connect it to my router, network card, or any other WiFi device that I have. My main goal was to attach it to one of the antenna segments of my router to help improve my overall WiFi signal in my home. The size of the connector seems to be correct, but there is no way to screw it on to any post/terminal for any of my devices. Might be ok for some, just didn't work for me.

I put this on the internet box I have in my car and it worked GREAT. I probably picked up another 120mbps with just the ONE!!! 4 is needed in total for the entire upgrade!!! The one gripe I have is that the magnet didn't seem THAT strong to me... It pulled off the roof of my car pretty easily. I'm always on the highway and I'm not looking forward to a broken window, so it is on the inside of the car and STILL gives nice speeds

Well made and provides an excellent signal. The base is magnetic, so you can stick it right to the side or back of your tower, making it easier to hide.

I couldn't be happier with this signal booster's performance. Setting it up was incredibly straightforward—the magnetic base is strong and keeps the antenna securely in place, even in windy conditions. This antenna has a high quality gold connection and will really help with a security camera or other wifi device you're looking to get extra reception from. I'm using mine to add on an external antenna for a security cam that lives outdoors so I can optimize my cam view and reception. Win/Win.

It's tiny but at this frequency you don't need a large antenna, you mostly need to get it in a good position.I have a hotspot in the minivan and wanted to get an external antenna since the kids report the hot spot slows down/drops when we drive thru local woods.We made a 5 hour drive with it and I ordered my son to play games the whole time. (tough job) He reported that it felt exactly like he was on our home network. When I asked how that could be, he replied he was playing on a slow server but it was the same speed as at home. Ok fair enough.And we were driving thru a very rural part of the state. I was going to measurement the db gain but I don't need to. I can tell you he usually drops about 3 times on this same drive and this eliminated all of it. It made a huge difference.The magnet was plenty strong enough to hold it in place. (Until you forget to take them in for the car wash)Note: The signal will follow the metal of the car. Meaning, if you put it on the back part of the roof the antenna will be biased toward the front. If you put it up front, the signal will be biased toward the back. Center placement will be omnidirectional. It's rare this matters but FYI. I put mine centered left/right about 2/3rd way back.Lastly if you have never put an SMA connector on, it will fit, you just need to line them up exactly straight.
