I ordered this to help get my dogs attention because she is going deaf. She can hear if I yell really loud, but thought this whistle would help get her attention and then we could communicate thru hand signals (which she does really well with once I get her attention.). Unfortunately it’s not working for her hearing condition. It is adjustable, but there were NO INSTRUCTIONS as to how to do this and I had to look at another similar one online to figure out how at adjust the pitch. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for. It wasn’t expensive so I won’t go thru the hassle of returning it. Hopefully I can find one that she can hear.
