I ordered the transparent frosted version of these eagerly because I enjoy building keyboards and these were a cost effective product that might yield a look I’ve been after. These may yet produce that look, but the mistake I made, for my own personal aesthetics, was using a south facing LED keyboard that I have around extra because I prefer north facing. I think these keycaps would work better with north facing LEDs because of the lettering and because that would put the LEDs behind the switch mechanism’s bulk and make a much prettier picture. These are not for the hunt and peck typist, there’s not enough contrast with the frosted keycaps using red letters. They are a bit harder to see, and that might actually assist someone trying to become a touch typist because unlit they’re hard to read, and when lit they can be harder to read with south facing LEDs. I think, if pressed, I’d put them in a north facing LED keyboard and they would be more effective visually. I think they look great when they are unlit, and I included an image of this state for your reference -- but a white keybed and keyboard may look nicer. The texture is excellent to my touch, with enough to keep them from feeling slippery and avoiding excessive smudges from the fingers. The frost texture is very uniform, and they look good up close with no visible flashing from molding as I’ve seen on other keycaps. They are very light weight, and this is good if you like that, and not so much if you don’t -- they’re very much a personal preference for where you fall on that spectrum. They are correspondingly on the lighter side for sound as well, which is expected for a frosted clear keycap. These come with several novelty designs that are also a preference. I like them, but I didn’t have a specific use for them on the keyboard I used for testing. The cherry profile looks correct when compared to an actual cherry keyboard’s keycaps. The angles are according to that shape, and preference, again, will determine how you feel about them -- these are a good example of the type. These caps are novel, and I think that’s the key attractor here - they are a solid example of a cherry profile keycap with the frosty look like an 80s hairstyle. I’m glad to have them on deck for the next frosty experiment.5 stars with the understanding that these are cost-effective keycaps and I rated them as such - great quality and value for the money.

This clear cap is very interesting! The backlight style and the unique key characters are as well are super cool. Just zoom in and look at some of the details and some of these things, a number of them have Chinese characters and then there's like a garbage can and other thing like that. It's just super cool. I don't know. It's definitely lets you put some extra creativity on your keyboard.

These are decent keycaps, they have a nice feeling and feel sturdy.+ The top of the caps are slightly curved.+ Good print quality+ Lights shine nicelyNothing much to comment on, I did have some incompatibilities with some keys (no correctly sized cap) so I am running a hybrid between two keycaps.
