When it arrived, I didn't expect to have the jacket included too! I put the batteries in, synced it up perfectly, and it was right when I booted up Nintendo Land where the problems arose.The biggest problem was that pressing left on the D-Pad when upright (down when held sideways), it wouldnt register unless I A) pressed down and THEN left or B) I pushed left pretty hard.Really makes games like Kirby's Return to Dream Land and Super Paper Mario really tough to play.Some other slight issues I had were that the A Button felt very used and that there were very very light scratches.BUT!It works well for Nintendo Land and Wii Sports Resort and the like, so if you want it for that then go right ahead.

Arrivato prima del previsto, le condizioni sono ottime. Levando qualche graffietto che nemmeno si vede dato il colore del wii mote, il resto è tutto apposto.

I don’t understand why the official Nintendo stuff has to be so doggone expensive but this one was cheaper than the rest, and it was in great shape

It is a used device not new as the description says. Condition was good, and functional. It is an original Nintendo Wii controller at least

AFAICT, it's genuine Nintendo. It's new-in-box (Japanese import) as shown in the item photo. You can't buy new US market Wii remotes any more. The reviews on "refurbished" and third-party Wii remotes vary a lot, so I decided to spend extra and get a genuine new one. The included batteries had a date code in 2017, so it's a couple years old. The bind worked on the first try, and the remote has worked flawlessly for a couple rounds of golf. I ordered another one just to have a spare. [UPDATE] I ordered a second one,—just so I'd have a spare. There were only a couple in the Amazon warehouses, and I didn't need it quickly, so I picked the "shipped from Japan" option. That was was $5 cheaper and there might be people out there who do need one tomorrow. :) It arrived about a week before it was expected, and was exactly as promised: a new-in-box Japanese market controller. I installed the included batteries, paired it with my Wii, and it works perfectly.

Works well, but needs to be reconnected each time we power on the Wii. Our other remotes remain paired, this is the only one that does not stay paired. My youngest loves the red color, so it is worth the extra step each time we play.

Thought the wii remotes would be the same as the ones bought in the US; however the controls right and left were on the opposite sides from the ones the bought in America. My children were a little disappointed. I thought they would be exactly like the products purchased from the United States.
