This thermometer works for my recteq rt380 bullseye. I needed to know what temperature it was inside. It's pretty accurate within 10 degrees.

I did remove the old thermometer and measure and compare to ensure I got the right replacement. And when it arrived it was easy peats to install. And it works great.

It does not have the Weber name imprinted on it, but it also cost $40.00 less; so I think it a pretty good deal.

Exact fit as a replacement on a Weber grill. Seems to be accurate. It was easy to install, looks well made and was way cheaper than the Weber replacement.

Very cheap, easy to install, numbers too small needs to be bolder and it is now full of moisture. Spend the extra money and get a better one, which I will do.
