We use this with Zoom Phone, and after a few frustrating moments, it works fine. The reconditioned hardware appears OK for the moment — with an additional warranty purchase — and works as it should. Once provisioned to Zoom, you can no longer access the Yaelink web interface, so all configurations have to be made on the Zoom web portal. It takes time to learn all the Zoom settings' ins and outs and the many ways to set up a system, but once done, the phone is pretty straightforward if you know what you are doing with IP systems. Shipping was pretty slow, but it all worked out.
