We finally got around to unboxing this light and we are so sorry we waited so long. It is gorgeous. It feels very solid. It is much heavier than I expected, which is a good thing. The overall size is perfect for our application. It is right sized to provide proficient lighting without being obtrusive in a small space. We are not done with the installation yet but everything looks straight forward. We see no impediments to an easy installation. I wish we had gotten this sooner. :)

This MCM lighting fixture is such a stunner! Fit easy in my dining room, and looks beautiful. Big plus is the dimming feature. Recommend for a beautiful fixture on a budget!

we’ve been using this for about four weeks now at our new house. It looks nice above our dining room table however, when it is on, you can see that the LED strip that they used to light. The unit is not sitting completely flat and straight. I find it incredibly distracting and honestly has made me enjoy the light a lot less than I would have hoped. You definitely would want to have it a little lower than your eye level, but at that point it might be a little annoying, or might not cast the light far enough for your dining room table. Overall nice looking wood frame, but the placement of the light strip leaves some to be desired.

Really is a beautiful looking light. The finished walnut wood compliments the room perfectly. Far superior to metal or plastic.Installed it over a pool table, and it has a much more modern look than a typical pool table light.The mount fits a standard round ceiling electrical box and was easy to install, and height adjustment has a lot more flexibility than a light with metal rods. The light temperature and brightness adjustments were simple as well. Anyone could install this light without much difficulty. Most of the light is already assembled which made it so easy.

This 40-inch wooden linear chandelier really elevates the class of my restaurant! The walnut-colored design is very high-end and goes well with the modern minimalist style of decoration. The wooden part has a good texture and feels smooth, without any cheap feel. The linear design of the chandelier is very unique. It does not take up space when hung above the dining table, and it has a sense of design. What satisfies me is its adjustable color temperature function. The color temperature range of 3000K-5000K is completely sufficient. When I eat at night, I adjust it to warm light to create a full atmosphere. When I need bright light during the day, I adjust it to cold light. It is very practical. The remote control is also very convenient to operate. You can adjust the brightness and color temperature without standing up. It is a blessing for lazy people!

Each wood grain has a natural gradient of light and dark. When the light is turned on, the light leaks out from the gaps between the wood strips, casting a fine grating shadow on the dining table. You don't need a filter to take pictures of food. The key is that it is not as glaring as metal lamps. Steak and red wine in 3000K warm light mode have their own "appetite bonus". The remote control color temperature adjustment cured my entanglement! When cooking, turn on 5000K cold white light to illuminate the cutting board, and cut 3000K warm yellow light for eating in seconds. When pouring water in the middle of the night, turn it to the middle gear, which is just bright enough but not dazzling. The remote control can be attached to the refrigerator, which is a hundred times more user-friendly than those lights that have to be found in the dark. The 40-inch length grasps the golden ratio of island lighting! I installed this lamp on the 2-meter-long center island in my house, and the light can evenly cover the dining chairs at the edge. When I used a three-head small chandelier before, there were always dark corners at both ends. Now I can see the broccoli that the child dropped on the ground at a glance.

I really like this light fixture. All of it is user friendly and elegant beauty combined. The wood is real wood and is carefully and meticulously handcrafted. It is sculpted professionally to how a firearm stock is made or a family heirloom walking stick that great, great grandpa made. It is sleek, it is sound and it functions flawlessly when energized.I would advise anyone to use this in any place in their home as it would just jive perfectly where ever installed. The light it emits is easily controlled by a remote and will return to the same set light ambiance it was last set on. I installed mine in my bedroom as it was perfect for the reasons above and it fixed the problem my old light posed. This light solved my problem as explained below due to how versatile it is. It's main versatility is that it comes with long cables that are easily manipulated to suit your height needs.The ceiling box hid the electrical wiring box of where my old light hung. I then strung the two leads across the ceiling and then down from hooks. I did this so the light was above, yet slightly behind my head so no more glaring in the eyes while reading a book in bed! Bed stands with lamps take up room I don't have, this new light took up zero floor space. The long leads provided made it possible to do this. The best thing is I can move the light to different hooks when needed for different lighting needs. It has a full spectrum dimming function so it can suit any persons moods.It is amazing the amount of light it provides when on full brightness. The incredibly slim body of the unit makes some people stare it in disbelief. They joke about how I have a purdy stick hanging in my room, that is until I turn it on. I may retort back to them in a kind way that my stick is better than any they have on their property. My stick is pure art and it produces any brightness of light I request of it.I will probably be purchasing another one of these as it is honestly gorgeous. The slim size is going to fit perfectly above my kitchen island as it will look like it is hovering. Simplistic in installation, exquisitely it displays its beauty and with it's minimal size it doesn't obstruct views. You may see very little of it due to its size, but what you or anyone visiting will see is a high end luxury appliance that is functional and durable.I think it is well worth the price tag. I enjoy the wonder in my guests eyes when they see it in action. They are mystified as comparable island lights are usually boxy or large can lights that are hidden inside the ceiling.This is an wooden art piece with ample whole room filled brightness ability or a polished wooden sculpture producing a romantic subtle spritz of luminescence above a table for two.
