Not quite 4k but definitely a clear picture AND it comes with its own internal mic! Great for Zooms, lives, etc. Plug n play, no need to download anything; it’s ready to go right out of the box; just make sure you format your computer with the webcam’s mic. Amazing price and excellent value for the money!

The picture is clear even when not using HD. The audio is decent, but I'm using a desktop microphone that works better for me. Its syncs well for Zoom use. Windows 10 and there was nothing to install. Clasp is a little weak.

Camera is decent. Sometimes has focus issues. But the biggest negative is the red power button that remains on, the entire time its plugged in, whether in use or not. If you have the camera set up correctly to capture your head, then the red dot (laser) shines right in your eye all day long.I am very happy however with the customer service of this company. They reached out to me after my review and offered me a full refund. I very much appreciate that offer. I will definitely consider them in the future for other products.

Plug and play and use a separate mic and seems to work on desired settings. Picture is nice for a 12 megapixel camera. Works well for streaming for the cost I was very pleased. Thanks for a good product.
