It works. But, the spring is barely (like a mm) larger than the hole that the cable goes through, so you’ll have to drill the hole slightly. If it wasn’t for this manufacturing deficiency, this would be a 5 star replacement.Also, no instructions are provided, so just work backward from removing the original cable.

This cable came next day and was NEARLY a perfect fit.The spring at the drive end of the cable is slightly too big to fit through the hole in the mower deck. A few small taps with a hammer got it through.Functionality and quality is perfect.
