I love this new pool cover and how well it stays on even during the bad storms and ripping winds. I got this to replace my old one and so happy I did. Material is strong and quality made and I definitely recommend it.

We used this for our stock tank pool and it’s perfect. It’s not too bulky when not in use so it doesn’t take up much space. The winch is easy to string and use and it’s good quality. The cover keeps our pool a nice temperature and protects from debris falling in it. The cover is not soaking wet when removed. It stays pretty dry.

We've tried various covers. They tear, don't stay in place etc. This one stays in place regardless of wind and rain. Would highly recommend

I have a folding kiddy pool with a 79” diameter and 1-foot height that I like to keep outdoors during the summer. To keep the pool’s water free of debris and critters, and to prevent as much evaporation as possible, I ordered this “8ft” pool cover in the hopes that it would be compatible. Thankfully, it is, and it grips onto my large kiddy pool securely, protecting the water inside perfectly. It’s a bit larger than my pool, though, so the center dips down to lie on the surface of the water rather than remaining taut, so when it rains, water can “pool” up on top there. And when that happens, it takes a little more effort to remove this cover – and I definitely can’t leave the water sitting there, because mosquitoes. Since this cover stays put on my pool so well, I’m not afraid of our characteristic strong storm winds here in Florida blowing it off, though I will be packing up both this cover and the kiddy pool whenever the next hurricane is due to make landfall, since I don’t really trust anything to remain secure under such conditions. The material of the cover is nice and thick, well-sewn, and impressively strong, seeming unbothered by the hot and stormy weather conditions here. When not in use, it folds up neatly to fit inside the included storage pouch with nice zipper closure. I do wish the pouch were labeled to point out that a pool cover is kept inside so that I could find it more easily in my storage area, recognizing exactly what it is. Currently, it just looks like a black pouch. Overall, I’m delighted with the quality and performance of this pool cover for my needs that are slightly different than intended.

I purchased a large octagonal cedar wood sandbox for my in home child care and it came with a fitted cover. After a few months it started ripping. I purchased a heavy duty tarp and though it was a pain to stake down every time it mostly worked at keeping animals out and sometimes the rain due to the ground being saturated so the stakes coming loose. This solar pool cover has already impressed me. I am able to use the wench type closure to tighten it as much or as little as I want. Since purchasing we have had very high winds, and heavy rainstorms, not one drop off water got inside, and the cover did not come off at all. As you can see in the picture, using the before mentioned tarp killed a lot of the grass around my sandbox, and it looks horrible. I am excited to now be able to reseed and grow the grass back around the sandbox. Oh, the solar aspect will also help with keeping the bug population down inside the sandbox.
