I mistakenly bought this thinking it was a Masterbuilt factory part based on appearance. It is not. I tried the two controllers each on two separate smokers and you cannot see the display AT ALL in the sun. The original Masterbuilt controller I have installed for some 10 years you can still see in the sun but some of the segments are burned out so I was going to replace it. DO NOT BUY, NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!

Worked perfect plug in and go. I don’t know model of my Master built smoker it’s at least 7 years old. Saved me getting a new smoker.
