Keeping a turtle tank even moderately clean is an uphill battle. If I had to recommend one product only to help with that, this would be it! Not a miracle cure — if your tank is dirty, you can't just pour this in and expect everything to change overnight. (You'll need to do a full water change for that.) But adding this BEFORE you get to that stage will definitely lengthen the times between tank / filter cleanings.

An absolute must for rotten egg smell in stinky turtle tanks I have two large beloved aquatic turtles in the water must be changed frequently but the horrific nasty stink almost made me have to give them away or put them down which was going to break my heart but then I discovered this product it is expensive but used sparingly and it doesn’t bother the turtles in the least highly recommend

Axolotls are pretty interesting, but MESSY pets. I only have one in a 50 gallon tank, but his solid waste is like that of turtles and other amphibians (it doesn't readily dissolve or break up the same way that fish waste does). I have used other products, but they leave the water in my tank cloudy and murky and don't keep the tank as clean. This helps keep my tank cleaner, so I can go a little longer in between water changes. The water also isn't murky!
