Ring fell off after pulling several times. Horrible product design. The rod is also very flimsy and doesn’t feel solid all.

Doesn’t come with instructions. Luckily I have a handyman who was able to install it. Needed longer screw because hardware wasn’t long enough to go through. It’s cute … dapper looking. Definitely worth it!

This product is a crappy design. The ring isn’t connected to the base and therefore at first use bent off. Don’t buy this it’s literally a waste of money. It can’t even handle being pulled down one time.

The hook looks way better than the old white string hanging down. The hook is good quality and functions as it should.

The ring broke off the first time I tested it after installation. Then the rod pulled apart into pieces as I was using it to open the attic.This product is not very well made.

Great replacement for an ugly plastic hanging handle that looked like a noose. Everything you need is included. Knocked off one star because i thought it was a bit overpriced, but i really love it anyway.
