This works as it should. Need to consider the length of tool if looking for leverage. This is pretty short and I’m always wishing for more leverage when using.

I learned a long time ago when I was driving my sister’s car in San Diego back in the late 80’s and had a flat tire that these tools can be very handy. She did not have a four way lug wrench like this one. Her crappy lug wrench would not budge the lug nuts and we had to call a tow truck. Never again. I always have one in my cars and trucks and I bought extras for all my kids. They come in handy because these garages put the lug nuts back on after tire rotations with air tools and usually they go on too tight. This tool gives you the ability to break it free and change the tire.

Alloy wheel locks and key can be damaged by stock tire irons that tend to “cam out” the grooves in the lock and key. A 4 way cross enables the user to push the key in to fully engage the groves in the lock, preventingpermanent damage to the lock and key. Every car should carry one!
