Bought this product as it is very popular in Europe and even though I have a water softer, I still use this product in every load and it does miracles. Also my washer seems more cleaner then usual. Definitely recommend

I use this in water. Its like magic. We have harden water, that has been through a lot. I put some in a pail and put water in it. Then I clean my car windows with a window gizmo and I don't get any hard water spots.

This works really well for super hard water however the box is MEGA small and you only get 8 loads of laundry out it before you run out and the box says you can get 24. That’s a HUGE lie. And for the cost you should definitely be able to get more than 8 loads.

Overpriced for amount of product - box had label saying expiration date was actually production date - since when?? Was an old box and some may be missing but rather than bother with return (since I need it soon) will live with it BUT never ever buy this again or any other product from this seller.

Two tiny boxes arrived in good shape and early but are clearly not as advertised. The Amazon photo shows “24” as the number of washes and these are 17 - exactly half. The Amazon photo is misleading and I have essentially been overcharged.Edit: The vendor was exceptional in trying to make things right. I’ve upgraded my review to 4 stars as they need to work out posting issues with Amazon.

While the product (a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be and it will only supposedly be good for a lot fewer loads of laundry) arrived in a timely manner, the instructions are in a foreign language (it looks like Italian). This is going to be interesting, it looks like it's going to be "W.A.S. time. If a seller is shipping a product to a customer in the USA, wouldn't make sense to have at least part of the instructions in English??? Just saying. It also appears that Amazon has changed sellers on this product as well. The tablets may a good product (at least the instructions are in English), however, the seller on this product has changed and they want an arm and a leg to ship it (almost $48.00). I absolutely refuse to pay that.
