Fits my GE softener perfectly. I had to change the connections to flexible supply lines so that is why I needed this. It was just easier.

Not my first time replacing this valve assembly on my GE water softener. This GE design is prone to leaking, and this replacement part is a nice brand new replacement for a leaky valve assembly. Install is pretty straight forward especially after having done it a number of times. I'd give the design about a 2 star, and this replacement doesn't seem to do anything to solve the design issues, but it does get you back up and running and stop the leaks, for now. So I'm giving it a 5 star because it is a brand new replacement that will solve your leaks for awhile and it's fast to swap out.

As far as I can tell, it worked the way it was supposed to initially there was some dripping. Had to call the plumber back out and haven’t had any problems since.

I had to ask for a replacement as the first one I got was broken and leaking after installation. Good that the replaced I’ve been using for a couple days and it’s been working fine. Hope they could have something like stainless steel material so that it is not that easy to break
