So far, so good—this thermometer is solid quality and works like a charm! I bought it mainly for my deep fryer, and it’s been doing a great job keeping track of the oil temp. I’m also planning to use it for candy making, and I’m pretty sure it’ll handle that just as well. The price is a steal for how well it’s made. Definitely happy with this purchase!
