I have tried this on 5 vehicles & every single one has too much interference when the motor is running, but not when the engine is turned off. Works fine on radios that aren’t near a running motor

Doesn't work well for phone calls at all! People can't hear me! Doesn't always stay connected to the radio, so the music will go off and on. Not good quality at all!

Wanted to keep the stock radio because it does not have bluetooth or aux. Matches the car's interior design too. Sometimes sound quality can be off / noisy or static, especially if someone next to you is on that channel. Or if you have lots of lights or power usage it can make static, that immediately goes away if I turn off the inside and under glow of the car.But if you find a good isolated channel it works great without any issues.
