I really like this Western raffia straw hat! The fit can be made smaller by adjusting the tie (ribbon) inside the sweat band. This works, but I had to make several attempts before I could tie the ribbon at a point that made the fit exactly right. I will probably "tack" the ribbon in place with a stitch with needle and thread to keep the ribbon from ever untying since I am happy with the fit I currently have. There was one great feature not mentioned in the ad -- there is a removable chin strap with an adjustable slider (see photo) that will provide security if you're in windy conditions. If you prefer not to remove the strap, it can easily be tucked inside the hat and not be felt or seen while wearing. The light weight, comfortable fit, adjustable brim and sun protection offered by this hat make it one that I'm sure I will enjoy all summer!

At least this one shipped in a box instead of a bag!!Still it arrived very misshapen. I am so frustrated, this is the second hat that I have ordered that arrived mangled!! Now, I know that it states that it can be adjusted, with regards to the brim. But this needs a total overhaul! c'mon guys. do better. It did not arrive any where close to ready-to-wear.The hat band made of shells & stars is cute.

Yeehaw!I'm ready for summer on the ranch, now! This cowboy hat is so comfy. It is a nice loose, woven straw so it will shade your head from sun but allow the wind to come through. It has a strap in the headband to help fit perfectly to your head. The weave of the straw is thick and it seems like it will last a long time!It's super cute on and will be perfect for summer concerts.

Straight out of the box, this is a cute hat. The style is cute and it fits well. I am not a fan of the snail beads (or whatever you call them). I personally think any kid of western style band would be so much better, but it is not a deal breaker. The hat is made of 100% grass and seems to be woven well. It is soft and flexible and has a good wire around the brim, so easily shaped. The inside hat band is nicely stitched and comfortable. It comes with a string that is adjustable, so no worries about losing it or having it fly off your head. This hat came safely boxed and had a hat mold inside the hat to keep its shape during shipping, so that was good. T I don't know what the long term will look like as far as how well it will hold up, but I think with careful care, it should last a long time. The price point is somewhat middle of the road compared to other hats that are of a similar style.

This straw hat looks great. I really like the design from the color to the seashells band. It's great quality and the rim is bendable so you can shape it how you want. The holes in it allow for airflow so it doesn't get too hot to wear. I showed my teenage daughter this hat and she immediately took a liking to it and took it, so it's hers now. I highly recommend this hat if you're looking for something cute and comfortable to wear.

Needing a hat for sun protection why not make it cute. I had one similar to this a long time ago and loved it and wanted a new one. It has an adjustable tie under the band inside the hat, a strap to secure it in windy days and it’s ventilated and airy for the hot ones. Packed met key with a heavy formed plastic insert to keep the hat from getting deformed in shipping and can be used for storing the hat. 3 star rating is for one thing I was disappointed about it is the hat band around the brim is not removable and is glued around the entire hat band. So there will be no changing it up if you wanted to without risking ripping the material along with some noticeable hot glue strings.
