The sockets are fine but the black & white wires need to be longer, only 6 inches long. To repair a chandelier, I needed to extend the wire to 12Inches.

After careful study, these were an exact replacement for the crumbling sockets in the dining area chandelier. These Sockets came with ample enough wire to wire up sufficiently. Then used led candelabra small base bulbs, Replacing the old 2 pin 1157/ 1156 type halogen bulbs . Uses way less voltage/amps and way less heat. Also will be using these to replace the sockets in the bedroom reading lamps, as they are a match too.2008 Mobile Scout fifth wheel travel trailer

The product was good and the least expensive, only problem is the application I have requires a short connection outside the fixture and then screw on. These parts are the closet for my repair just will require some delicate soldering 10 feet up on the fixture.
