Using this pan to make stew in your oven is the best thing! I cooked a small whole chicken using this pan. The meat was so tender and juicy that it literally fell off the bone after cooking it in less than 2 hours! Love it!!

The grill pan/lid has a finish that makes it very easy to clean...not like other cast iron pans I have that are very porous and need seasoning.

Better price than others but it chipped already. I’ve had the product for 3 months and enjoyed using it. Don’t use Bar Cleaners Friend on this product.
