The directions need help. A lot of help. Otherwise, it's well-constructed, the parts seem nice and it comes with a case, which is nice to keep it all together.

Never used one of these before but some trial and error finding the right timing of the cylinder it seems to work well enough. I don't have anything to compare this against but reading seemed at least plausible for a 60 year old engine that is in running order.I like the case has a label as to what this is, seems to use a fairly standard design for tools like this. The plug fitting threaded in easily and seemed to seal as expected. Found simple to time the cylinder of a weed trimmer and try this, but that is so small the engine just tries to run on air unless you have a way to hold the crankshaft in place. Found a bit confusing says runs 45-100PSI, I could not get this to go to set range until near 100PSI. Later in manual says 15-20PSI it should go to set mode. Engines at least for compression I think are usually 80+ PSI so the low number seems wrong to me.
