Your cart is empty.The coolant recovery bottle acts as a reservoir for the engine’s cooling system. When coolant pressure exceeds the radiator caps springs rated pressure, excess coolant will overflow into the Recovery Tank. Once the engine has cooled down enough, vacuum is created in the coolant system and the coolant is sucked back into the coolant system.

Perfect fit looks great and saves space 2 out of the 3 mounting holes lines right up but if u want the third you will need to drill ... i didnt only have two mounting points and its solid i recommend for anyone with a third gen camaro!

After getting the grim reminder about plastic radiator overflow tanks from last century (namely 1979), and the fact you can’t lean on them with any weight while you perform engine compartment maintenance… I decided to scour Amazon for an alternative. I found this one. All I did was make a simple alloy angle mount bracket and one support bracket (not pictured) for the bottom… and behold! It fit perfectly solid. I can lean on this tank all day long and not worry about damaging it. Just watch out for your hood hinge clearance.

Was looking for something smaller to replace the bulky stock reservoir for my 89 camaro. Gave this one a try and is working fine so far. Obvious downside is that you can’t see the coolant level inside but other than that, works pretty good. Fit good and welds were!

Put it in my 85 Camaro. Looks way better than stock. Like everyone else said, 2 of the 3 holes lined up. No issue to drill another hole. Highly recommend.

I ordered it for my 82 pontiac firebird se and it fit perfectly. I had to add my own hardware but it fit awesome. I really liked the material because it stayed cold. I had it in the house for like an hour and when I came outside to install I would up leaving it outside for about an hour and it was still cold. I liked the design, you can see the welds really nicely so it gives it a homemade but still clean feel. I was really impressed

Fits okay, had to get new fasteners which isn't a big deal. But there was rust in the lid underneath the rubber.

Works good, it is not vented so I drilled a small hole in the cap. Looks good. Would prefer if it had a site tube for monitoring the level like others, but am happy with the looks.
