You get what you pay for. It accomplishes the task of providing a water resistant, electrical enclosure. It is not water proof, we added additional caulking to certain areas because we were getting some small intermittent drips. The unit started showing surface rust fairly quickly as well. I ordered these when I was in a tight spot and needed an enclosure quicker than my supply houses could get them for me. I'm not saying I won't ever use them again, but I will be selective of where I mount them.

Door not straight, corner bent, hinge is damaged and extremely hard to open

Looks like the box will do the job. The lower panel which my wiring will exit could be make of a thicker material as I will be using grommets to seal around the wiring. Overall a great product.

When most of its parts seemed great, the door didn't work for me.I could have received a defective unit, but the door did not close firmly, even when I locked it.I had to return it for I wasn't convinced this was actually weatherproof.
