There was a little learning curve for me when it came to loading the paper in but once I got it, everything was straightforward. I am so happy with the results of using this in terms of speed and quality. I've been using it with the app and my labels have printed out perfectly every time. It came with some label paper which was nice. No more ink, yay!

Don’t buy, complete waste of money. It’s not just me, the app you are forced to download for this printer has a rating of 1.7 stars. I have never seen a rating this low on an app with more than a few ratings.First, before you can do anything, you need to download an app. The instructions for the app are completely horrible. There are a few instructional videos you can use a QR code or watch within the app, but it isn’t step by step instructions. I couldn’t set up the WiFi after multiple attempts. I bought this to print remotely, I didn’t want to connect it to a computer, because I only have an iPad. I couldn’t pair the device to my blue tooth on my iPhone or iPad so it is a paper weight I will be throwing away, because I didn’t attempt to set it up when I first purchased it. I also tried to skip this step and follow the next app instructions, but all that did is feed the printer label paper through the printer and waste the printer paper that came with it. I purchased more printer label paper, but I’m not wasting any more of it on this printer. I wish I could write about the functionality or the label quality and the recommended ideas is telling me to, but I have no clue.It may work better connected to a printer, but I won’t find out.

Awesome deal. Works with flat folded labels as well as a roll. I couldn't get it to connect to my Android but works great via USB connection to a PC and so easy to use. Works 10x better than my last printer that I was running offy phone. So it could be the difference between using an app vs desktop. But it works 1st time, every time. Taking off a star for failure to connect via Bluetooth.

I’ve needed a thermal printer for a long time. Dealing with eBay, Etsy and shipping various packages to family and friends has made life so much easier. Instead of having to go to the post office directly, I can easily ship from home. this thermal printer requires very little set up and all instructions are included. There’s even an application for your smart phone, which you connect to it, to print your labels. For those reading this, this is an honest and genuine review, and if you’re new at thermal printers, this requires no ink as long as you have thermal paper it requires heat to print on your paper from the printer.

Nice quality printer. Exactly what I needed to start selling items online. Very easy to set up (I used the wired connection rather than the bluetooth, which was easily compatible with my Apple computer) The functionality is very simple and the instructions help guide you through each step. Shipping labels so far have printed out clearly, and USPS has accepted my items with them.
